Beautiful correspondence we received this week
This past year has been extremely difficult for everyone involved within our Little Owls settings but when we receive thanks and gratitude from parents it makes EVERYTHING so worthwhile. .Please enjoy reading the beautiful correspondence we received this week.
Thank you so much
Just want to say thank you!!!
Back in 2018 when Joey was just 10 months old we needed to find a nursery for him. For me it was like when you look for a new house; you have to feel a connection and you just know when you have found the right one. Little Owls was exactly that. From the tour round I instantly knew that the setting itself, facilities and of corse the staff were amazing and this was the right place for him.
Joey has had the pleasure of spending time in all three nursery rooms which are perfectly designed to help nurture and develop children both physically and socially. He has had 3 amazing key workers, all of which he has loved and has happily engaged with, have cuddles and depend on.
The day to day running has been wonderful with themes, interactive activities and special events to engage children with the seasons, events around the world and celebrating special events. Joey has thoroughly enjoyed these; including fancy dress days.
The pandemic brought some nerves to all parents I’m sure. However the protocols, information sharing and changes to the setting were exceptional in order to keep not only children but also staff safe. It once again highlighted why Little Owls is rated an ‘Outstanding’ nursery. Hats off to you all for the hard work during this time.
Jamie and I can not put into words how thankful we are for the care, guidance and support that has been offered to Joey during his time at nursery. All of which has helped to mould him into the confident, polite, inquisitive and cheeky little man he is today. I know you already know this but your staff are incredible.
We wish you all the best in the future and hope to be coming back to your gates soon when Jaxon will be attending nursery.
