Easter egg hunting is so much fun

In Barn Owls Red we have had a eggscellent morning taking part in lots of Easter activities.
To start our morning off we have been busy decorating our very own Easter egg and bunnies, we then went onto making some chocolate nests using cereal and mini eggs on top, Barn Owls have all individually mixed their ingredients together before placing into a cupcake case.
After snack we went outside into the garden to see if the Easter bunny has visited Barn Owls garden.
Barn owls searched high and low for their eggs, helping there peers, giving hints to find chocolate eggs.

EASTER EGG HUNT yesterday in barn owls Yellow.

We enjoyed going on a number Easter egg hunt! Barn owls enjoyed searching high and low and used their knowledge of prepositions to tell their friends where the eggs were! They worked as part of a team to find 20 different eggs and kindly shared the opportunity for all of their friends to find an egg each! Barn owls also enjoyed talking about the different numbers they could see on the eggs recognising the different numerals! Barn owls enjoyed finding all of the different eggs and did a super job – well done Barn Owl

Today in Tawny Owls Toftwood we have been on an Easter egg hunt We all took turns in finding the different coloured eggs that were hidden in and around the garden. As we found each egg we spoke about what colour they were and where we found them!
