Amy wins LITTLE OWLS TOFTWOOD GEM ( Going The Extra Mile) award

We know that all of our staff at our nurseries are utterly amazing and we are so very proud of them all.

It is been such a hard decision to choose a winner and we have carefully reflected on the reasons provided in the nominations provided by our families.
This term we have selected Amy Olley for our Toftwood Gem award.

Amy has been nominated by 5 of her KEY families which is an amazing achievement and clearly demonstrates Amy’s dedication and commitment to go that extra mile with her key families.

Parents have commented that Amy always goes over and above in her role, takes a personal interest in her children’s development, encouraging language, a credit to little owls, she has developed a specific food diary to support a family in her care and has made huge impact on one of her key children’s family lives.

Well-done Amy you should be as proud of yourself as we are of you.
