Show and tell all about horses

Our Toftwood Barn Owls enjoyed a visit from one of our lovely parents who came to do a ‘show and tell’ all about horses 🐎
She talked about how to brush, feed, and ride the horses. The children had the opportunity to look at and try out some of the equipment such as a riding hat, a bridle, a body protector and a saddle. The Little Owls also has the opportunity to explore horse shoes, brushes and reins too!! All children had great fun and learnt lots about horses and Equestrian equipment.

The children had great fun sitting on the saddle and pretending they were riding on a horse. We all had a lovely time.
