Where do I start….

Little Owls & Hoots have been a part of our lives for a little over 9 years now, with our eldest having gone to Hoots from the age of 6, and our youngest going to Little Owls Scarning from the age of 1. I was personally a little concerned with putting our son into nursery at the age of 1, however once I met the team and more specifically his key worker Charlotte, any concerns I had were completely dismissed.

Our son has been going for a year now and during that time we have grown closer and closer with all the staff. Johnny and Justine are two of the most genuine and lovely people you could ever hope to meet, their care and passion for what they do shines through in all their staff and everything they do. It really is like an extended family. My son loves all the staff, but particularly Charlotte his key worker, Louisa, Colette, Charlie, and Elsa.

All of their nurseries are immaculately kept, and no expense is spared when it comes to making sure the children have everything they need to have not just a fun filled day, but an educational one too.

The updates on tapestry are priceless, and enable you to see what your children have been up to that day, along with progress updates on their learning and development.

I can’t recommend them highly enough, and this review still doesn’t do them justice, don’t take my word for it, go along and see for yourself.

Finally a huge thank you to Johnny, Justine, Charlotte and all the team for the fantastic things you are doing during this difficult time, our son has loved all the updates, videos and activities. Whilst watching the last video from his key worker Charlotte, my son was cuddling the phone whilst calling out her name. That to me says it all.

Both of our boys have attended Little Owls since they were 9mths old (the eldest now being 4yrs old and preparing for school). All the staff are wonderful and we’ve always felt confident that our boys are safe and happy in their care. The boys come home well fed and with plenty of tales of the fun and adventures they’ve had with ever-changing seasonal activities; firm favourites being messy play, construction, baking, and all year round outdoor play. Both of our boys physical, social, emotional and educational needs are consistently met and I have no hesitation in recommending Little Owls for any age.

My daughter has been attending little owls since she was 9 months old and I can only say good things about the nursery. She is a confident and happy girl and I believe that has a lot to do with the staff at the nursery. She often talks about all the exciting things she does in the day and looks forward to the next day. She has a really good connection with all the staff and children there it is like a little family! I would certainly recommend little owls to any friends or family looking for an excellent and caring childcare setting. I can go to work knowing she’s safe and happy.
