Staff training achievement

Last week Kerri and Hollie completed their Norfolk Safeguarding Board Introduction to Safeguarding children training.
All employees of Little Owls complete a safeguarding children training course on our online training programme within their first two weeks of employment. This is then followed by attending and completing the NCC training.
Safeguarding our children is paramount and it is essential that our employees have the knowledge and skills to help keep them safe. These courses alongside a vigorous staff induction gives staff the tools and confidence to do their part in safeguarding our children.
