Staff update training evening

Last night we held our Annual Staff Update Training evening where we welcomed over 50 of our amazing staff teams from both of our Nursery settings and Hoots.
Over the course of the evening we shared valuable information and training as well as our staff having the opportunity to attend informative workshops listed below to enhance and develop their knowledge and personal development.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Holly and our managers for organizing and delivering this fabulous training evening and for our staff for giving up their evening to attend this.
In house Training Workshops were
Communication & Interaction – Training around high quality interactions
including the teaching of phonics in pre-school
Self-Regulation & Behaviour Management – Learning about self-regulation,
what this looks like in practise, how we can support our children.
