Today in Barn Owls Scarning we had our first “virtual music and movement session” lead by the wonderful Charley, our very own in house musician!
Both Barn Owl green and blue bubble got to participate in this as well as the children over at our toftwood setting. The children were fascinated in being able to see the other children on the screen.
We learnt all about the sign for Treble Clef and listened to Charley play her Eb Tenor Horn whilst practicing how to correctly move our mouths to make the right sounds. A firm favourite of the barn owls children which links into their interests was dancing to music from the film frozen
Thank you Charley we had so much fun we can’t wait until next week when we can do it all again!
