Our Snowy Owls enjoyed copying the different poses demonstrated on the video and practising poses they are already familiar with
This is a super fun activity for children to take part in at home. If you have access to YouTube all you need to type into the search bar is ‘cosmic yoga for kids’ and it will display all of the different choices. We would love to see some of our Snowy Owls taking part in yoga at home by displaying some photos on Tapestry
