Christmas Craft Cafe

Today at Little Owls Scarning we held our 1st Christmas craft cafe we had so many wonderful activities for our little people and their special adults to join in with, from biscuit decorating, melted snowmen Xmas cards, sensory candy cane tray, scented playdough, and a beautiful Winter-wonderland builders tray.

We had 13 families join us and received some lovely feedback we thank you so so much for joining in with the craft cafe morning.

We are really looking forward welcoming many more families tomorrow for some more exciting activities

Within the christmas holidays our children will be making…..
Citrus garlands, christmas tile coasters,jar snow globes,mince pies, reindeer brownies,christmas origami,festive ornaments reindeer food, festive films,sharing child friendly mulled wine ,as well as all of the continuous provision that we offer our children each and every day.

It’s beginning to look a like lot Christmas

Across our Scarning setting today the children have excitedly been putting up and decorating the Christmas trees within their respective nurseries. The children worked together to choose which decorations and colours they would like on the trees and enjoyed the independence of placing the decorations where they wanted them.

We are sure you will all agree they look wonderful!

A variety of engaging themed tuff trays were explored to the sound of Christmas songs!
